Dear Millbridge Families,

Parent/Teacher Conferences

Once again, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to schedule your parent/teacher conference online. You will have the ability to select the time that works best for you and, if you so choose, receive an email reminder with the date and time of your conference. You can easily switch between Millbridge and DIS using the drop-down menu on the main page. The step-by-step directions are below. Please let our main office know if you have any problems.

  1. Visit the Millbridge or Delran Intermediate School’s homepage.

  2. Under the Parents tab, select Parent/Teacher Conference Scheduling

  3. From the Online Scheduler Home Page

    • Choose your student’s school from the drop down list and click “GO”.

    • Enter the school password which is bears.

    • Enter your student’s “Student ID”.  If you do not know their Student ID, use the LOOKUP STUDENT ID button to access the system.

    • Verify the student’s birth date.

    • Your child’s homeroom teacher will be displayed.

    • If you have more than one student in the school you can see all of your students’ teachers’ schedules at one time by answering YES to this question “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” then repeat the steps above for your other students.  If you only have one student, answer NO to that question.

    • You will then see the available time slots for each teacher you selected.

    • Select the times that work best for your schedule.

    • Enter your email address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you. (Your email address is kept private.)

    • Once you have finished you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule.

    • Write down the Confirmation Number (you will need this number to cancel your appointment).

If you run into difficulty, please contact the main office at 856-461-2900 for assistance.

Additionally, we will have translators available on Tuesday afternoon and Thursday evening, please reach out to your child’s teacher if you need a translator.

Halloween Information

Millbridge students will be celebrating with our annual parade on Monday, October 31st. The parade will begin at 11:15 along the cafeteria playground.  We ask that parents line up outside the cones. The parade will begin with our 2nd graders, followed by 1st grade, then kindergarten and finally preschool.

As a service to parents with students at both DIS and Millbridge, we are providing shuttle buses between the two schools for the parades. The DIS parade begins at 10:30. There will be a shuttle bus from Millbridge to DIS at 10:15; DIS to Millbridge at 11:00, and Millbridge to DIS at 12:00.  We hope that this will ease parking concerns for parents with children at both schools. We are looking forward to a great parade!

We know how exciting it is to dress up and assume a new identity, but there are some important guidelines we need you to follow. Costumes should be worn to school over your child’s clothes. If your child’s costume has a mask, please send the mask in a bag or your child’s backpack. Costumes may not include weapons (plastic knives, swords, guns, etc…).

In order to monitor the safety of our Halloween Event, we ask that parents do not wear costumes so that everyone is easily recognizable and our students are kept safe.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Classroom Parties and Treats

If you are providing treats for the classroom, please drop them off at the main office by 9 a.m.  Label the item with the teacher’s name so that we can easily deliver them.

Teachers will provide classroom volunteers with passes in order to enter the building. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PASS, WE REGRET THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VISIT THE CLASSROOM.

Fast Pass Last Chance Pictures October 24-28 (Conference Week)

During the week of conferences, we will have a staff member present to take pictures for fast passes. This will be the final opportunity to have a Fast Pass made for parent pick up. Passes will be issued the following week. If your child is dismissed via parent pick-up regularly, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.
